I was a public school educator for 29 years. I retired and became active in fitness classes. My passion and fire rekindled so I became certified as a personal trainer. What I've learned in the past few years is that we must strengthen our core and give our bodies time. Slow and correct will take you a long way in your fitness goals.
I am Cleburne High School graduate from the class of 2013. While in High School I particiated on the varsity football, track and power lifting teams.
After High School I moved forward to continued my education at Tarleton State University. Graduating in May of 2018 with my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiologywith a minor in Business Administration.
During my Senior year of studies at Tarleton i participated as an Intern and Supervisor of the Kinetic Performance Lab. In addition to those duties, i also lead the Capston-Group training sessions for the University.
I'm looking forward to sharing these experiences and more with my home town community as a performance coach with realPerformance Training & Fitness.
I am originally from Santa Fe TX, a small town just outside of Galveston. I graduated from Santa Fe High School in 2015. While in high school I participated in dance and band until my sophomore year when I started to get into the fitness industry.
After high school, I moved to Stephenville, TX to attend Tarleton State University. I graduated in December 2018 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in business. I am currently working towards a masters degree. I will graduate in May 2020 with a Masters of Business Administration.
Throughout my time at Tarleton State I was employed by the campus recreation center as a personal trainer, I also interned in the Kinetic Performance Lab assisting with training, and also work for a group fitness training company for about a year.
I have completely fallen in love with the fitness industry over the years and can not wait to continue with my passion at Real Performance Training Center.
